01Will AI expose confidential business data?
AI is never assumed. Before client data enters an AI workflow, the permitted data, provider boundary and human review path must be agreed. If those conditions do not hold, the data stays out and we use a non-AI approach.
02Do we own the code and data?
Yes. The agreed handover gives your business its system code, production data access and deployment setup. Reusable, non-client-specific methods remain subject to the contract.
03What happens if Codeux Studio disappears?
We use standard technologies, document production and provide the access another capable developer needs. Your operation should not depend on a secret platform only we control.
04How do you price a custom build?
We define the workflow, boundaries and risk first. You receive a fixed quote for that scope; changes are discussed before work continues.
05How long will it take?
It depends on the workflow, integrations and decision speed. We set a project timeline after scoping and surface delays early.
06Do we need a care plan?
No. It makes maintenance predictable, but you can use ad-hoc support or another maintainer.
07Can you add AI to our business?
Sometimes. We first check whether digitization or rules-based automation solves it more reliably. Our AI enquiry assistant remains internal until it has operating evidence.
